I entered the store hoping it was going to be a 5 minutes transaction. I was attended fairly quickly but the positive ends here. With classic upselling tricks the girl tried to sell as much as possible but I thought to myself "treat yourself" so I went along. While trying the cover I have noticed it was broken and she simply pretendeded (or maybe she truly didn't?) not to notice. Interested in finishing the transaction she phoned other stores and eventually told me that the same cover was just behind the corner so I paid for the staff she managed to upsell and went to the other store. Arrived to such store I am informed that the only thing they have told the woman on the phone is that they had no time to check and they actually did not have the cover I wanted. They sent me to a third store which also did not have it. Tired of walking around town like an idiot I went back to the original store and asked for a refund of the items I had already purchased. What I assume is the manager went on for 10 minutes about how they had served me well saying that the misunderstanding was not their fault so a refund should not have been necessary. I insisted and they processed it, only to find out that I was not given a refund but actually I was charged again for the same amount. After many useless apologies she has processed both refunds, only for me to find out that because I paid with a British bank card I still paid fees for both transactions that together are equivalent to a third of the actual transaction. Moral of the story? Save your time and buy the cover online.Luuk van Meijel5 years ago★☆☆☆☆Do NOT go to this store. They might just break your phone instead of repair it. They’ll try to say you’re responsible. This is what is going on on my end now. I had my phone repaired on holiday in San Sebastian a week ago (DECENT REPAIR, GLASS WAS FINE) at another store. I went back to Valencia to get a screen protector. The girl who was applying it tried to get an air bubble out of it by pushing in her nails at this casa. The screen cracked. She tried to tell me the crack was there already before admitting it was her mistake. It was a mistake, and mistakes happen. I get that. This is how they fix it: I had to come back to the store the day after to talk to someone else. She told me I would have to hand in my phone and get it back 'a few days' after (I’d get a replacement). Not a possibility for me because of work. After asking for other options, there were none. She called management to ask how long it’d take to get my phone back. UP TO ONE MONTH. Option 2: ask for an offer from a replacement store and get my money back after filing it. Their problem is my problem now. I went to a decent store where I was helped just fine. They gave me a written paper with a stamp on it and a business card, with a price that was 2/3 of wat I paid in San Sebastian. Fine, let’s go. Went back, the girl tells me the offer is ‘not official enough’. I asked her for a store that would give me a more ‘official’ quote. She tried to send me to a 1.5km away Samsung repair shop, which was strange becuase I don't own a Samsung. I get that this is how a chain store functions. I’m not blaming the people working there, though a bit of empathy would be appreciated. I’m still waiting for my money back. Already spent a few hours solving their problem, not done yet. Blaming others not taking responsibility and offering non constructive solutions seems normal at this place.Rabelani Tshangwanea year ago★★★★★Isabella was very attentive , patient and helpful , thanks for the best service ever...Spike Essono5 years ago★★★★★Good customer service from Vanessa.
